| Q. How long are your certifications valid for? |
| A. Our CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications are valid 2 years from the date issued. |
| Q. What if I do not pass the test? |
| A. Not a problem! The test can be taken as many times as needed to pass at no additional cost. All the test questions are multiple choice and true/false and are pulled directly from the course material. |
| Q. How soon can I take the course? |
| A. As soon as your online payment is processed your user name and password become active and you can begin immediately. |
| Q. I need my certification immediately, how fast will I get it? |
| A. You will receive a certificate the day you complete the course by email and wallet certification cards will be mailed to you within 24 hours. |
